We want every FSMA International student to have confidence in their purchase and a smooth learning experience.
Course Access Period
Enrollment in any on-demand course provides six (6) months of access from the date of registration. You can start and stop at your own pace during this time. A courtesy reminder will be emailed seven (7) days before your access expires.
Refund Policy
Because our on-demand courses provide immediate access to proprietary training materials, templates, and downloadable tools, all sales are considered final once access has been granted.
If you registered in error or changed your mind, you may request a refund within 24 hours of purchase, provided that the course has not been started and no materials have been downloaded. Approved refunds will be issued less a 10% administrative and processing fee to cover transaction costs.
After 24 hours—or once any portion of the course has been accessed—no refunds or cancellations will be issued.
Transfer Option
If you are unable to complete the course within the access period, your registration may be transferred to another participant from your organization at no additional charge, provided the course has not been started.
